By playing Dash Duel you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

The game

Dash Duel is provided free of charge, as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, bug-free, or preserved. It is in active development: features may change or be removed, and progress may occasionally be lost.

Your account

You do not need to register. A guest account is created automatically and lives on the device you play on. If you clear your browser storage without signing in with Apple or Google, that account and everything in it is gone and cannot be recovered.

You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Fair play

Every score is re-checked on our servers by replaying your inputs. Do not modify the game, automate play, or interfere with other players. Scores that cannot be verified are not counted and earn nothing.

Accounts used to cheat, abuse other players, or attack the service may be removed without notice.

Display names

Choose a name that is not offensive, does not impersonate someone else, and does not contain personal information — yours or anybody else's. Names may be changed or removed if they break this.

Coins and items

Coins are an in-game score. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought with money, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred. Items bought with coins are a licence to use them inside the game, not property.

Coins and items may be adjusted to correct a bug or an exploit, and are lost if you delete your account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings. It is immediate and permanent. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dash Duel is provided without warranty of any kind and we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, including lost progress or data. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms may change. Continuing to play after a change means accepting the updated version.
